• 1 - Gather and Measure:
  Assemble all ingredients, measure out honey, almond syrup, lemon juice, gin, and optional egg white.
• 2 - Mix Base Ingredients:
  In a shaker, combine honey, almond syrup, fresh lemon juice, gin, and egg white if using.
• 3 - Dry Shake:
  Without ice, shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white, creating volume and froth.
• 4 - Shake with Ice:
  Add crushed ice into the shaker and shake again vigorously until the exterior feels cold.
• 5 - Strain and Serve:
  Double strain the cocktail into chilled coupe or cocktail glasses to remove ice shards and achieve a smooth texture.
• 6 - Garnish:
  Sprinkle toasted almond flakes atop and garnish with a thin citrus zest strip to highlight aromas.
