Instruções

• 1 - Prepare Glasses:
  Chill two stemmed wine glasses in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes or add ice to them to cool the glass.
• 2 - Mix Wine & Cordial:
  In a large jug, combine the chilled white wine, elderflower cordial, honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to mix and dissolve honey.
• 3 - Add Ice & Sparkling Water:
  Remove the ice from the glasses if used for chilling. Add fresh ice cubes to each glass, then pour the wine mixture evenly. Top with chilled sparkling water for a refreshing spritz and stir gently.
• 4 - Garnish & Serve:
  Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and thin lemon slices for aroma and an elegant look. Serve immediately and enjoy a crisp, floral summer drink.
