Instruções

1 - Prepare Garnishes and Glass:
Chill two tall glasses in the freezer. Garnish inside of each glass with a cucumber ribbon and add a few mint leaves if you like.
2 - Mix main ingredients:
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake vigorously until well-earned and very cold.
3 - Strain and Build:
Strain the mixture evenly into the prepared glasses filled with fresh ice.
4 - Top and Add Shimmer:
Top each glass with sparkling elderflower pressé and soda water. Gently stir. Sprinkle a pinch of edible silver dust over for a moonlit effect.
5 - Garnish and Serve:
Garnish glasses with a fresh mint sprig. Serve immediately and enjoy the gentle bubbles under the 'moonlight.'
