Instrucciones

• 1 - Prepare Ginger-Cardamom Infusion:
  In a small saucepan, combine ginger slices, crushed cardamom pods, honey, and 200ml water. Bring to a gentle boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
• 2 - Strain and Cool:
  Strain the hot mixture into a jug to remove solids. Allow the infusion to cool to room temperature.
• 3 - Mix the Drink:
  In two glasses, add lemon juice and ice cubes if using. Pour the ginger-cardamom infusion equally and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.
• 4 - Garnish and Serve:
  Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately for a refreshing and spicy sensation.
