Instrucciones

• 1 - Steep Tea:
  Heat water just to boil, pour over Lapsang Souchong tea leaves, add sliced ginger; steep for 5 minutes until smoky and aromatic.
• 2 - Strain and Sweeten:
  Strain tea and ginger slices into a pitcher. While still warm, stir in honey until fully dissolved.
• 3 - Add Citrus:
  Stir fresh lemon juice and lemon zest (if using) into the sweetened tea mixture.
• 4 - Chill & Serve:
  Refrigerate or serve over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired, to complement flavors and aroma.
