• 1 - Prepare Honey Syrup:
  Mix equal parts honey and hot water until completely dissolved. Let it cool.
• 2 - Combine Spirits and Citrus:
  In a mixing glass, combine Raki, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey syrup.
• 3 - Add Spices:
  Add ground cinnamon and cardamom to the mixing glass. Stir well to blend the spice flavors.
• 4 - Shake with Ice:
  Add crushed ice to the mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled.
• 5 - Strain and Serve:
  Strain the mixture into two chilled cocktail glasses filled halfway with crushed ice.
• 6 - Garnish:
  Garnish with an optional star anise and orange peel twist for aroma and visual appeal.
