  • 3 - Pour Golden Ale:
    Slowly top with chilled Trappist-style golden ale to preserve the fizz and encourage mixing.
  • 4 - Garnish and Serve:
    Gently swirl once. Garnish with lemon zest twist and, if desired, a fresh rosemary sprig. Serve immediately in a chalice.
