• 1 - Prepare Glass Barre:
  Rub a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses, then dip rims into sea salt spread on a plate to coat.
• 2 - Mix Cocktail:
  In a shaker or large glass, combine fresh pineapple juice, tequila blanco, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup (if desired). Fill with ice and stir gently to chill and mix.
• 3 - Add Soda:
  Pour the grapefruit soda evenly into the shaped glasses with ice cubes first, then top with the cocktail mixture.
• 4 - Garnish and Serve:
  Garnish with fresh pineapple slices on the rim of each glass and serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing tropical notes.
