• 1 - Chill the Glasses:
  Place two tall glasses in the freezer or fill them with ice and water to chill while preparing the drink base.
• 2 - Mix the Syrup and Cordial:
  In a shaker or jug, combine honey syrup, elderflower cordial, and lemon juice. Stir gently to integrate.
• 3 - Assemble the Drink:
  Empty chilled glasses of any standing water or ice, add fresh ice cubes, then pour in the mixture from step 2 over the ice.
• 4 - Top with Ale and Garnish:
  Slowly pour the chilled pale ale over the mix in each glass. Stir gently, then garnish with cucumber slices and lemon wheels. Serve immediately.
