• 1 - Muddle Mint and Ginger Syrup:
  Gently muddle mint leaves with the ginger syrup at the bottom of a mixing glass to release aromas—do not shred leaves.
• 2 - Build the Drink:
  Add coconut water and fresh lime juice to the mixing glass. Stir well to combine.
• 3 - Add Ice and Cola:
  Fill a tall glass halfway with crushed ice. Strain the mint-lime mixture into it and slowly top with British cola.
• 4 - Garnish & Serve:
  Add a lime wheel to the rim, a sprig of fresh mint, and, if desired, two dashes of Angostura bitters atop. Serve immediately.
• 5 - Enjoy the Twist:
  Stir lightly before sipping to infuse the flavor and enjoy your Baracoa Cola Twist!
