1 - Prepare Glass & Ingredients:
Fill a pint glass with large ice cubes to chill it and set aside the measured ingredients.

In a shaker or mixing glass, combine gin, elderflower cordial, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and honey syrup. Stir gently.

Discard water from pint glass if any melted ice, fill the glass again with fresh ice, pour the mixture over, then top with chilled soda water.

Slap mint leaves lightly to release aroma and place them with a lemon twist on top. Serve immediately with a straw.
