• 1 - Brew Jasmine Tea:
  Steep the jasmine tea in 250ml boiling water for 3–4 minutes. Strain out the leaves or remove bags, then chill quickly.
• 2 - Prepare espresso:
  With your espresso machine or Moka pot, brew two strong shots of espresso (totaling 60ml).
• 3 - Sweeten and Brighten:
  Mix the honey and lemon juice into the hot (or still-warm) espresso to dissolve fully.
• 4 - Combine and Shake:
  To a cocktail shaker or large jar, add ice, chilled jasmine tea, espresso-honey-lemon mix, lemon zest, and sugar syrup if desired. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
• 5 - Serve & Garnish:
  Strain into tall glasses filled with fresh ice. Garnish with edible flowers and an extra curl of lemon zest for a floral-citrus finish.
