• 1 - Prepare Filling:
  In a large bowl, mix ground pork, chopped cabbage, minced garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
• 2 - Fill Gyoza Wrappers:
  Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch to seal.
• 3 - Cook Gyoza:
  In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Place gyoza in the skillet and cook until the bottoms are golden brown. Add a splash of water, cover with a lid, and steam for 5 minutes.
• 4 - Serve:
  Remove the lid and let the gyoza cook for an additional 2 minutes to crisp up. Serve hot with soy sauce or dipping sauce.
