    (Blanched and squeezed to remove excess water.)
  • 2 large Egg
    (Cooked into a thin omelette and sliced.)
  • 1/2 cup Pickled Radish
    (Cut into strips, adds a tangy flavor.)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
    (Adds a nutty flavor to the rice.)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
    (Adjust to taste.)

Instructions

    Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread a layer of rice, leaving some space at the top. Add vegetables and omelette strips. Roll tightly.
  • 5 - Slice and Serve:
    Use a sharp knife to slice the roll into bite-sized pieces. Serve with soy sauce or dipping sauce if desired.
