• 1 - Muddle Blueberries & Mint:
  In a sturdy mixing glass, gently muddle fresh blueberries with mint leaves to release their flavors without pulverizing.
• 2 - Add Liquid Ingredients:
  Pour in cold brewed Ethiopian coffee, fresh lemon juice, and honey (optional). Stir gently to combine.
• 3 - Strain Mixture:
  Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a jug to remove seeds and mint stems.
• 4 - Add Ice & Top with Tonic:
  Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the filtered blueberry-coffee mix halfway full. Top up with chilled sparkling tonic water.
• 5 - Garnish & Serve:
  Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint and a few whole blueberries. Serve immediately.
