  Add gin, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice, and optional orange blossom water to the matcha. Stir gently until fully blended.
• 3 - Shake with Ice:
  Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in the matcha and gin mixture, then shake vigorously for 20 seconds until chilled.
• 4 - Strain and Serve:
  Strain the cocktail into two chilled coupe glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a pinch of edible gold flakes for a royal touch.
