  In a food processor, combine jalapeños, cilantro (including stems), green onions, garlic, lime juice, and cumin. Blend into a smooth green sauce.
• 3 - Melt Cheese Base:
  In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt cream cheese with milk, stirring constantly for smooth consistency.
• 4 - Combine and Cook:
  Add Monterey Jack cheese and the green sauce to the melted cream cheese mixture. Stir until cheese melts and dip becomes smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
• 5 - Serve Warm:
  Transfer queso verde to a serving bowl and serve immediately with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
