    In a large mixing bowl, combine soaked bulgur, chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes, cucumber, green almonds, and spring onions. Gently toss everything together.
  • 4 - Season and Dress:
    Drizzle over lemon juice and olive oil. Add sea salt, black pepper, and optional sumac to taste. Toss thoroughly to combine and taste to adjust seasoning.
  • 5 - Serve and Garnish:
    Transfer salad to serving bowls. Garnish with extra green almonds, radish slices, or parsley. Serve immediately, or chill for 20 minutes for enhanced flavor.
