Instructions

Add fresh thyme sprig and agave syrup into a shaker and gently muddle to release aromatic oils.

Pour mezcal, fresh orange juice, and lemon juice into the shaker with muddled thyme and agave.

Add ice cubes into the shaker, then shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill and blend flavors.

Double strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

5 - Top with Soda & Garnish:
Optionally top with club soda for fizz and garnish with a fresh thyme sprig. Serve immediately.
