Instructions

1 - Brew Green Tea:
Heat 300ml filtered water to 80°C. Steep green tea leaves for 3-4 minutes. Remove leaves and set tea aside to cool. -
2 - Prepare Mint Infusion:
Lightly bruise fresh mint leaves to release their aroma and place into a serving pitcher. -
3 - Combine Ingredients:
Add cooled green tea, wheatgrass juice, lemon juice (if using), and honey (if using) into the pitcher with mint leaves. Stir well to mix flavors. -
4 - Chill and Serve:
Add ice cubes to two serving glasses. Pour the Moroccan Mint Wheat Fusion drink over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint if desired and enjoy chilled.
