Add light Caribbean rum, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, sugar syrup (if using), and crushed ice into the shaker. -
4 - Shake Mixing:
Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and combined. -
5 - Strain and Serve:
Strain into two chilled glasses filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel on the rim.
