Instructions

  • 1 - Prep Garnishes & Cucumber:
    Slice cucumber into fine ribbons with a Y-peeler. Set aside edible flowers and mint for garnish.
  • 2 - Muddle Herbs & Cucumber:
    In a shaker or large glass, gently muddle fresh mint leaves and half the cucumber ribbons to release aromas.
  • 3 - Mix Base Flavours:
    Add elderflower cordial, lime juice, and apple juice to the muddled mixture. Swirl to combine.
  • 4 - Build Drinks:
    Fill two tall glasses with ice. Drape remaining cucumber ribbons around inside of glasses for visual flair.
  • 5 - Strain & Top Up:
    Pour muddled mixture over the ice in glasses. Top with chilled sparkling tonic water. Stir just once to combine.
  • 6 - Garnish & Serve:
