Instructions

  • 3 - Make Coconut Sauce:
    In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves; do not boil.
  • 4 - Combine Rice and Sauce:
    Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and pour half of the coconut sauce over it. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • 5 - Serve:
    To serve, place a portion of sticky rice on a plate, add sliced mango, and drizzle with remaining coconut sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
