  • 800 grams Flank Steak

  • 4 cloves Garlic

  • 1 bunch Parsley
    (Fresh parsley is essential for the chimichurri.)
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
    (Dried oregano can be used if fresh is not available.)
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
    (Adjust according to your heat preference.)
  • Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
